I have previous experience working with young children with additional needs through my role in Enable Ireland, where I supported children with a range of developmental and intellectual disabilities. I also completed work experience in San. Joseph’s, which further strengthened my practical skills and confidence in providing person-centred care. These experiences have made me very confident and comfortable working with children with additional needs, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and included at all times.
