Childminder for 3 kids 8,6 and 2, afterschool and montessori swords

Hi, I am looking for a kind, responsible person to mind my children. Initially one or 2 days during summer to get used to my children. During term time, I would like someone to collect my son from Montessori at 11.50am. My 2 daughters finish school at 2.30pm. We will be home at 4.30pm. We would like for someone to give them lunch and help with homework. We would need someone who is comfortable minding a child with additional needs
