Au Pair / Childminder

I am looking for someone to help me with my 3 young children., 2 boys (8 and 5 years old ) and a little girl (2.5 years old). I am a single parent and my work requires me to do a lot of travel and some times overnights. I really need someone that can help me with morning drop offs and evening picks up from school and creche. You would be required to possibly cook for the children in the evening and help with homework and also getting them ready for bed. I need someone who is flexible and also has their own car. I live in a small friendly village and I would like someone that would treat my children as their own and form a strong relationship with them.
