Afternoon childminder for 2 amazing boys 5&8 in Malahide village

We have two incredibly kind and fun boys - 5&8. We live in malahide village walking distance to their schools and all their activities. We are looking for after school minding from c13.30-14.30 until 18.00-19.00 (averaging 25 hours per week + add-ons eg babysitting) They loves sports, the library, the playground, playing sport in our garden, doing puzzles (jigsaws, chess, checkers), art, dress up and hide & seek and tag. We’re looking for someone to pick them up from St Andrews school and bring them to their activities (about 4 of 5 days a week) and then bring them home and keep them busy until about 6 when one of us working parents will finish. No need to cook - we try eat together. We would really appreciate light housework where it can be fit in - emptying a dishwasher here and there or folding laundry - on top of keeping used areas clean aswell. We’d like a decent level of English but no need for fluency. The childminder needs to be engaged with children and try to connect with them at their level as much as possible. We require 2-3 years of experience in dealing with a similar age and ideally see childminding as a vocation rather than a part time job (or both!). We can provide references for previous childminders - one who was with us 4 years and who we’re still in touch with. Driving experience isn’t essential as most things are walking distance but it’s helpful for rainy days! We’d also be open to baby sitting options as always looking for some time to ourselves!!
