*Places Available* I am a caring, patient, and kind person with over five years of experience working with children from 0 to 14 years. I am a warm, understanding, and genuine carer with a natural ability to help/guide others. I have experience working with various children and I am a naturally good communicator and organizer with experience facilitating daily/weekly plans, organizing safe & fun activities, and communicating with service users. I am a fast learner with the ability to multi-task and function excellently in a fast-paced environment. I am fully qualified in Childcare (Level 5), Special Needs Assistance (level 6), and Care of the Elderly (level 5). I have obtained certificates in emergency first aid, pediatrics first aid, and manual handling & people moving. I have also completed a number of online courses relating to childcare. I have previous experience working in a creche and with a large family of 12 children from birth to 14 years. I met all aspects of the needs of the children (PILES), supervised and assisted during meal times, Involved the parents, provided a routine, providing opportunities for play, learning, and fun, encouraged the children to participate and reach goals, and observed and assessed to improve where possible.
