After spending six years in St.Declan’s Kilmacthomas I decided to study musical theatre. I am currently in my 3rd year of a 4 year BFA in American College Dublin which I adore. I have been babysitting since I was 12 both family members and close by neighbours. I always seem to come back to babysitting because I love learning from children, they’re so honest and enthusiastic and sometimes a refreshing break from adults! Each year I give my time to ‘The Fairytale Festival’ which is ran by Beat. This includes a lot of singing, dancing and fun for both me and my audience of superheroes, princesses/princes and fairies! If you’re child loves to sing and dance then I would be the perfect candidate for you. I love incorporating some of the things I’ve learned in college when I’m minding children. Music is so soothing to children and people of all ages, it helps if someone is upset or needs to dance out a bit of anger or anything that might be bothering them and is also very educational. My Grandmother is 87 and music is such a comfort to her still. I am a member of the Southeastern Theatre Group so you may often see me dancing around on the stage in the Theatre Royal!
