My name is Alessia, I'm 30, I'm a preschool teacher and inclusion coordinator, I just finished my maternity leave and now looking for a job as during my leave I had to move to Ballymahon which is an hour away from where I used to live and work. I'm from Italy but I'm in Ireland since January 2019, I came here as au pair for a family with four children, two of them with autism, so I've learnt how to deal with autism in the most ideal way. I have developed strong and solid caring and interpersonal skills working with children, special needs children and other vulnerable people throughout the years. I’ve good communication and organization skills. I’m really confident with problem solving and can I deal with stressful situations. I am a very creative person and I have many artistic talents in drawing and craft, I think it might be a good ability to work in this area.
