Colm

My name is Colm, I'm from Enniscorthy and have recent finished studying a level 5 in ECCE from the Enniscorthy Vocational College of Further Education. I intend on studying for my level 6 next and then I intend on studying a level 8 in psychology so that I may become a child psychologist and counselor. My experience comes mainly from spending every Thursday and Friday of my course working in a sessional preschool service in Ferns. I also babysit for family members on a frequent basis. I initially became interested in childcare when I was 15 and my little brother was born. After doing the level 5 ECCE course I developed a far large interest in child psychology and cognitive development. I love reading, writing, cooking and telling stories. I'm also a vegan/healthy eating nut, though I absolutely don't mind cooking meat if that's what you and your family eat, I just won't eat it myself.
