Hello, my name is Eloise Girard and I am 20 years old. I am from Ashbourne and I would describe myself as funny, creative, nurturing, supportive and positive. Since I was a little girl, I've always wanted to work around young children which is why I've decided to study Early Childhood and complete my Level 5 qualification. I've recently been accepted into DCU and I am now completing my degree in Early Childhood. I'm really enjoying it so far. I studied abroad this year in February, I worked in an Early Childhood setting in Italy. It was amazing to see how different and diverse the setting was and I became so open minded and knowledgeable about the differences between the various cultures. Even though the language barrier was tricky , the children quickly taught me that you don't always need words to connect! I enjoy working and learning in this area and would love to continue in it in the future !
