Experience with Children Under 2 Years
My nephew was three months old when I first got to hold him, and I looked after him nearly every day until he turned two. Bottles, nappies, bath time, and slow laps of the room with him on my shoulder when nothing else would settle him. He fell asleep on my lap most afternoons and I got very good at sitting perfectly still. Once he started crawling, I learned how fast a baby can move when you look away for a second. It only ended because I left my uncle's house to start my undergraduate degree. I still have every photo from those two years.
