bachelor's Degree in Education and Training Sciences (Early Childhood Education)
I have regularly attended paediatric first aid training courses during my years working in nurseries. In Italy, a specific first aid certificate is not mandatory to work in early childhood settings, so my previous certificate has expired. However, I am willing and available to complete a new paediatric first aid course in Ireland if required.
Yes, I have extensive experience caring for babies and children up to 2 years old, as I have been working in nurseries for 4 years with children aged 0–3 years. I am confident with daily routines such as feeding, changing nappies, hygiene, sleep routines, play activities and supporting children's development. I do not have much experience with preparing meals independently, as in Italian nurseries meals are usually prepared by a catering service, but I am willing and happy to learn according to the family's needs.
