Hi my name is Emily. I am from the United States and now live and work in Ireland. I have 16 years of child care experience and have worked with ages 3 months to 15 years old. I am a firm believer that children learn through play. I am passionate about making play and learning as fun as possible and always follow the child's lead.
In addition to babysitting, I am a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst with my Masters degree and provide direct therapy services to individuals with disabilities and complex behavioural needs. I have over 6 years experience working with disabled individuals and am comfortable providing services to children of all abilities. In my spare time, I am an aerialist and previously taught children's trapeze classes for 2 years.

Primarily, I have worked with individuals with autism, including those with limited communication skills and challenging behaviours. I also have experience with individuals diagnosed with downs syndrome and cerebral palsy.
