During Covid-19, I decided to go back to college online to study Early Childhood Care & Education Level 5. I have always had an interest in this sector and always wanted to work with children. I had the opportunity to study during the pandemic. The course consisted of 8 subjects: • Child Development. • Child Health and Well Being. • Early Care and Education Practice. • Early Childhood Education and Play. • Work Experience. • Communications. • Children with Additional Needs. • Special Needs Assisting. Since getting my degree I have worked in several crèches with a mix of ages. Ranging from 6 months to afterschool club. I enjoy getting creative with the children in my care through artwork, music, and play. I hold several certificates including Cfr - Epinephrine Pre-hospital emergency care council, fire safety including fire warden training, manual handling, Children’s first, paediatric first aid and a red flag training program. I have my own transport with a clean licence. I am an enthusiastic, reliable & friendly individual. I am also committed and organised in everything I do. I consider myself to be a hardworking and ambitious person. I believe I possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
