Hi, I’m Molly. I’m a kind, caring and reliable person with over 5 years’ experience working in childcare. I currently work full-time in a crèche, where I am based in the baby room, and I am also studying Early Childhood Education at Level 7. I hold Level 5 and 6 qualifications in Childcare, as well as a Level 6 qualification as a Special Needs Assistant. I absolutely love working with children, especially babies, and I take pride in creating a calm, safe and nurturing environment where they feel comfortable and cared for. I am very patient and attentive, and I always follow each child’s individual routine and needs. I am fully trained in First Aid (including CPR), Manual Handling, and Fire Safety. I would always treat every child in my care as if they were my own, giving them the attention, care and reassurance they need.
