I have looked over a boy that was 12 years old and had severe autism, a girl who had down syndrome and kids that were over energetic as well.

I am myself an aunt and on a regular basis, I take care of my nephew which has just turned 1 ! Moreover, I also was a nanny for several years of babies though 0 - 6 years old.
