Hi, my name is Doris. I’m a caring, reliable and creative childminder based in Harold’s Cross. I have experience working with children through creative workshops, childcare roles, summer camps and my current part time role with Neurodiversity Ireland. I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent children and take a neurodiversity affirming, child centred approach. I enjoy working with children of all personalities and abilities, creating a calm, safe and positive environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves. I’m patient and attentive, and love using play, art and creative activities to follow each child’s interests. I understand how important trust is for parents and aim to build warm, respectful relationships with both children and families. I’m also comfortable with pets and happy to help with light childcare related tasks. I’m currently available Wednesdays, Fridays and weekends as well mornings and nights during other days.
