Hi! My name is Kamila Slowikowska, I have a level 5 qualification in early childhood and care and caring for children has always been a big part of my life. I have hands-on experience with little ones of all ages from tiny babies to lively toddlers and I truly enjoy helping them learn, grow, and have fun in a safe environment. I first started by childminding two lovely children aged 2 and 5, where I developed a great sense of patience, creativity, and the ability to keep children engaged through play and activities. I then spent a year working in a crèche with babies aged 6 months to 1 year, learning how to provide gentle care, support early development, and handle the needs of infants with confidence. Currently, I work in a crèche in Birr with children aged 1–2 years old. Here, I’ve gained even more experience in encouraging early learning, supporting independence, and ensuring a safe, nurturing space for young children to thrive. Parents describe me as reliable, caring, and calm under pressure. I believe in balancing fun and structure, so children feel happy, secure, and supported while in my care. Whether it’s reading stories, doing arts and crafts, or simply playing together, I love being part of those small but important moments in a child’s day.
