Hello! My name is David, and I’m a caring, reliable 45-year-old with a lifelong passion for supporting children’s growth through creativity, play, and active engagement. As a proud father who has raised three wonderful children, I bring both personal and professional experience to my role as a child minder. I currently care for a 1-year-old and a 5-year-old on a regular basis, and I’m well-versed in school runs, nap schedules, snack times, and everything in between. I believe childhood should be full of fun, imagination, and movement—whether that’s exploring the local park, building blanket forts, playing board games, or creating something special with arts and crafts (a favorite activity, especially on rainy days!). Each month, I run a friendly arts & crafts group for parents and children, where we enjoy hands-on projects that spark creativity and connection. I hold a FETAC Level 5 qualification in Social Care and have also volunteered with the Children in Hospital charity, gaining valuable experience supporting children in a variety of settings.
