Hi, I’m Lauren — a dedicated and experienced childcare professional with over five years of experience working in preschools and early years settings. I hold an Honours Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, and I’m passionate about supporting each child’s development in a warm, inclusive, and engaging environment. I’ve also worked internationally as a group leader and outdoor instructor in Switzerland, where I developed strong skills in managing groups, encouraging outdoor learning, and creating fun, enriching experiences for children of various ages. Most recently, I worked in a university as a Universal Design Project Officer, which has strengthened my commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and supporting children of all abilities. I bring a calm, responsible, and creative approach to childcare — always putting the needs and wellbeing of children first.
