Hello, my name is Carmen, and I’m currently looking for a job caring for children — either as a babysitter, nanny, or childminder. I have over six years of experience working with children, both in crèches with babies and as an afterschool teacher for older children in Dublin. I'm fully qualified with a Level 9 degree in Primary Teaching, specializing in Special Needs, Early Childhood Education, and the Montessori Method. I’ll be available from July 2025 and can work a minimum of 25–30 hours per week, or up to 40 hours if needed. I’m flexible with scheduling, so feel free to ask if you have specific time requirements. A bit about me: I’m First Aid certified through Cavanagh Byrne, Garda Vetted, and can provide excellent references. I'm based in Dublin and happy to travel as long as the location is accessible by public transport. I’m a reliable and cheerful person who enjoys spending time outdoors, walking, playing, and connecting with children through games and activities. I love animals and bring a warm, calm presence to the children I care for. I’m currently working in a school, but it will close for July and August, so I’m available full-time over the summer.
