First, lets me introduce myself. My name is Leia, I am 17 years old. I live in La Rochelle, France with my parents and my 11-year-old brother. La Rochelle is a very nice city, old port, on the cost close from Atlantic Ocean. I am studying in high school and specializing in History, Geography, Geopolitics, Political Science and Art. I should be graduate “High School diploma” in July 2025. It is lots of work and as I am attracted by several different kind of studies. I would like to have time to think about my future. I feel like spending a gap abroad year from September 2025 to august 2026 to improve my English and to live an exciting experience in another country. I also want to learn and share traditions, customs, and ways of life. That’s why I am looking for an Au Pair family, but I am also planning to have a woofing experience. Since I am young, I always naturally take care of children: my brother, 6 years younger, my younger cousin, 6 years old. Now, regularly I am taking care of a family of 3 children, just close from home. During the day, when parents are working or during evening when parents want to go out. Last year, I decided to train to get a French diploma to become a recreational and holyday camp leader. I learned patience, creativity and how to stay calm in different situations. Now, I am able to organize fun and educational activities. I can plan daily activities, take care of children of all ages. I always try to stimulate children’s curiosity and imagination. I can also help with homework in a fun way. I care about children’s well-being and development. I can help with household tasks and cook. I am responsible, dynamic, quiet. I am sensitive to ecology. I go by bike to school every day (even if it rains). I am vegetarian since I am 12 years old. I like healthy food (thanks Mum ��). I try to run and swim to keep fit. I like reading and watching movies, series but also going out with friends. I am available for a video call on whatsApp to talk more about myself and learn about your family.
