Hello! My name is Radhika, and I’m a passionate and experienced childminder dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Over the past two years, I've had the joy of caring for children aged 4 to 9, tailoring my approach to suit each child’s unique personality and needs. My goal is to ensure that parents feel confident their children are in caring, capable hands, and that each day is filled with creativity, learning, and play. In my recent childminding experiences: I cared for a lively 4-year-old boy, organizing outdoor activities and educational games that encouraged his love for exploration and discovery. I worked with twin boys, ages 5, helping with homework, crafts, and interactive storytelling sessions to boost their imagination and learning. I provided after-school care for a 9-year-old girl, assisting her with reading and creative projects that supported her schoolwork and allowed her to express herself artistically. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and adaptability to meet the varied needs of each child.
