I'm looking forward to a part-time position with great enthusiasm and a strong commitment to provide excellent service.With over a year of experience in child and youth support, I bring a track record of empowering children to achieve their potential, backed by a skill set that includes trauma-informed care and strength-based approaches. My biggest career achievement was the essential role I played in transforming care standards and improving Ofsted ratings.. I worked as a Care Assistant for elderly clients, providing assistance with bathing, dressing and administering medication. Some of my clients had more specialist conditions like dementia too.
