Child Minding Qualifications
As an AuPair in the USA, I was principally in charge of 2 kids and other tasks (monthly and weekly organization of schedules. Transport from and to school and daily activities. Daily meals. Monthly control and in the form of family’s vehicles). As an occasional babysitter, I took care of both younger and older kids. Usually these opportunities were on a recommendation basis off of other families. As a nanny and "mom's helper", I was in charge of the kids while doing some tasks around the house. These would vary in between cooking meals, doing laundry, tidying up and light cleaning of the kids' areas, etc. As per recent experience, I cared for two boys, aged 5 and 8 years old in the Dún Laoghaire area. Responsibilities included picking them up from school, preparing their school lunches and dinner, managing their laundry, assisting with homework, transporting them to extracurricular activities, and attending to various household tasks, including tidying up the children's areas as needed. Currently I'm minding 2 girls aged 2 and 5 in the Lucan area, but wanting to fill up my schedule for August.
