Dear Host Family, thank you for taking the time to read my profile, My name is Bárbara and I am 27 years old. I'm currently an Au Pair in Wexford. I will have to move in July due to the family needing an Au Pair with a driving license. I used to live with my mother and my brother and my two pets in Cascais. But my brother moved to Covilhã to study and I decided to move out and be independent. My dad lives in Calw Germany, I visited him in April last year. I just finished university. And I was a track lead for an un-partner program. In my spare time, I love to write and learn new languages. I also love to travel. I have an association called Your Youth Team Portugal, we organize Youth Exchanges and Volunteering Projects. I'm a programming teacher for children from ages 7 to 10. I love working with children, I do a lot of volunteering in projects with children and youth. In 2017/2018 I did a volunteering project in Romania, in a project for children and youth in non-formal education. I'm a private Portuguese tutor and a babysitter. I always wanted to be an au pair but never got it for various reasons (professional, school).
