My name is Clodagh. I currently mind children 4 afternoons a week, mon-thur, after school, but am available for Childminding/ babysitting evenings and weekends. I am a mother of 4 children, (26, 25, 14 and 21). I am a kind, patient, caring, organised person, who will always put the needs of others before my own. Children are like big sponges, ready to accept, love, kindness, fun and learning, and nothing gives me more pleasure, than to be see children flourish in a safe loving environment. I have 6 years experience of full time baby care, plus many other part time/ temporary stints of baby/ child minding. I have 14 years voluntary work experience, working with mentally, physically and socially challenged children, up to the age of 16. This work also involved a one to one, 24 hour care, trip abroad each year. I have two certificates in deaf sign language. I have always been heavily involved with my children's Junior and Senior school, with both student supervision and organizing/ providing workshops (science, engineering/architecture, deaf sign language, arts and crafts). I have a passion for art and crafts, give me a few cardboard boxes and they will be soon transformed into a child sized, train, boat or castle!
