Special Needs Experience
I have experience working with young children with special needs. I did some work experience in a primary school in a class unit with only children on the autism spectrum. This experience is something I truly value and feel I had a great connection with the kids. I learned about the ways in which to communicate with preverbal children and those with varying difficulties. I value all that I learned about the challenges and abilities of children in this unit.
