I have one year experience with kids with special needs especially down syndrome and It has been incredible time and experience.My presence helped them explore different activities and help them understand and learn different things.I still maintain healthy relationship with the parents and make sure to visit the kids when there's free time.
I have mostly worked with parents who have had babies.My presence helped the parents reduce the burden of lacking parental figure when they were absent.I took in charge of grooming, cooking and feeding, sleep and playtime and my experience has been for atleast 3 years with babies.
