I have been a child minder for 4 years with children of ages 11 months,1.5 years, 3,4,5 and 7 years old. During my work experience in my local Naionra I have gained and honed a lot of valuable skills for childcare such as observing the children day to day and their accomplishments, difficulties and changes, communication skills with the children and adapting to their individual needs. The care of children and being around them and stimulating their development makes me happy, challenges me daily and rewards me in countless ways. But apart from this I realise how important the role of the child carer is to their development as well as providing a safe, positive, healthy and comfortable space they can enjoy. I prefer being contacted through email and I'm looking for a family that aren't far from the city centre.
