Hi Everyone! My name is Francisca, I’m from Chile and I came to Ireland to study English for the next 8 months. I’m an early childhood educator who has more than 5 years of experience babysitting. I worked in the Reggio Emilia approach for more than a year after graduation. I really have a Reggio soul, that means that I believe that children's learn by playing, exploring, interacting with their environment, especially with nature and other people. They have hundreds of languages and it is our job helping them to express their ideas and use these symbolic languages everyday. Also I specialized in early years, from 0 to 3, so I think that we will be a good match. I’m very responsible, caring, enthusiastic, empathic, funny, creative and organized.
