My name is Victor i’m looking a minder job, I am 23 years old, I am from Spain but living in Dublin (rathgar now) for the last year. I am graduated in psychology, currently studying a master in child and youth psychology.
I have a lot of solid experience as I have been a carer for 1 year in Ireland for two children with autism (11 and 13 years old) and I can attach a letter of recommendation from the family.
My approach is based on providing a safe, stimulating and caring environment that fosters the emotional and intellectual growth of the children in my care as I studied in college.
Throughout the last year I developed effective skills in managing unforeseen situations as well as organising educational and recreational activities appropriate to each stage of development. In addition, I have proven skills in maintaining clear and effective communication with parents, informing them about progress and any other relevant issues.
I consider myself a friendly, patient and understanding person with children, creating a positive and trusting environment. I am willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed and I am always open to learning and growing professionally.
