Hi, I’m Clare! I’m 28, I’ve worked with children for over 9 years, including several years in a crèche setting caring for babies and young children. I’m experienced with all ages, from infants to preschoolers and afterschoolers, and I’m confident supporting routines, milestones, and developmental needs. I loved working in the baby room for years with babies as young as 5 months old, but I equally loved being a preschool teacher to a class of 22 kids for years. I believe in creating a safe, caring, and fun environment where children can thrive. I enjoy sensory and messy play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and story time — anything that keeps little ones happy and engaged. I have a degree in Multimedia from DCU and a childcare qualification. Families describe me as warm, reliable, and patient, and I pride myself on building trusting relationships with both children and parents. Kids love me because I’m a big kid! I love Disney, Pokémon, anime, video games, playing and having lots of fun.
