Dear Family, My name is Carolina, I'm 28 years old. I have a degree in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, I love to cook and learn about the nutritional aspects of food and how to use it to acquire its main nutrients. I currently live in Dublin, Ireland. I came here to study English at Erin School English. I define myself as a responsible and dedicated person, I am quite honest, ethical and organized. These are certainly my main characteristics. I care to please and have good contact with the people around me daily, I find easy to adapt in places. What motivates me to live and pursue my goals is to know that it will bring me new experiences, learning and professional and personal achievements, therefore it'll make me happier. I believe that our dreams make us live and dreaming makes us move forward. I have a single brother, we are twins. For this reason, since I was a child I learned to share, to share things easily, I like to see that the other is happy with what I can share. I am passionate about hearing local stories, I love to know everything that happened in the cities or historic neighborhoods. I love learning, I read a lot about my degree, I study hard, studying is pleasurable for me.
