About Me
I am a fifth year medical student at Ternopil National Medical University, Ukraine. I am presently in Ireland due to the current Russia invasion of Ukraine. Given the transferable skills I’ve obtained in medical school and life as a whole, I believe I’ll be very helpful to the host family. I am very good with children and I am very patient. I have a great communication, listening and observation skill. I am presently seeking to work as a babysitter/child minder as I am temporarily away from school due to the war in Ukraine.
My Experience
Experience with Children Under 2 Years
I used to take care of my younger siblings whenever my parents were off to work while we were growing up. I’m the second child and the eldest daughter. I made sure my younger siblings got up early as we prepare for school. I made their food and ensured everyone was well prepared for the day. I also saw to it that we returned back home safely from school and also helped them with their assignment. Prior to my relocation to Ireland, I was in France with my cousin who is a resident there. She has a 2-year old son. I assisted her in babysitting whenever she’s out on several appointments. I bathed the baby, gave him his meals regularly and also played with him. I was responsible for his general well being whenever the mother wasn’t around and it was an all round good experience. In addition to the above experience, I take pediatrics as one of my courses in medical school and it has given me a really nice experience with kids of different age bracket.
