Hello, I’m Roberta and I am a warm and kind 24-year-old Italian girl! I’m in the last year of my education studies and I’m currently working as a supervisor in a coffee shop. I’ve moved to Ireland 5 years ago and I’ve been working in hospitality since then. I’ve always had a pure love for children and when I was a little girl I prayed to my mother for years for a sibling as I really wanted to look after him/her. So at 9 years old I happily took the responsibility of taking care of my just-born little sister and from then I grew the responsibility of being a second mom for her. My warmth for children has also risen over years thanks to my five little cousins which I took care of as the eldest of them all. I can sure say that I’ve grown up in an atmosphere full of children! My passion for children has become so great that, after my human studies in high school, I’ve decided to increase my knowledge by focusing on youngsters starting the education path that I’ll hope will lead me to specialize in pedagogy. As the last part of my university studies, I’ve chosen to concentrate my analyses on bilingual children as this topic represents a big curiosity for me and my personal future experience. I’m looking for a change in my career from the hospitality sector to a job that will help me start and get closer to my aspiration. I don't have any proven certification yet, other than my current studies, lots of personal experience, some courses diplomas based on children's behavior and development, and an endless desire for learning, joy for life and, once again, love for children.
