I am a patient and caring individual with over three years experience as a nanny and just over a years experience working as a Montessori teacher in two different crèches one of which I worked as a special needs assistant. I have a passion for working with kids, I care for which child as if my own and love coming up with ideas for different activities for us. Over the last year I have worked in a big ECCE room with kids aged 3. While working here I have also have eight months experience providing support as an AIMS worker. I have also supported a number of families over the past few years in various babysitting jobs, all while using my patience and fun-loving nature to earn children’s and parents trust and build long-standing relationships. Additionally, I have key experience helping young children through separation anxiety situations, using distraction and refocusing techniques to help kids through those tough emotions. I am resilient, confident and work well under pressure. I love to take on challenges and strive to achieve excellent results in every task I undertake. I take on new challenges with a positive, confident approach. I work well both in teams and individually.
