I have fetac level 5 childare. I have fetac level 5 healthcare support where I have studied the care of newborn babies and young children. My qualifications include: Safety and health at work . Caring for children in hospital . Maternity care support. Care of the older person. Care skills. Nursing theory and practice. Caring for children (0-6) . Working in childcare. Human growth and development. Children's first. Breastfeeding challenges. Breast and bottle feeding. Child safety in the home. Child safety on the farm. Phlebotomy training: ANTT: aseptic non touch technique. Performing venapuncture on an adult. Infection control and elder abuse. National sepsis management. Hand hygiene.

I have first aid completed and up to date from working as a carer in a private homecare company.

I have extensive experience with newborns and babies. I have worked in a creche for a number of years and the Rotunda hospital as a healthcare assistant in post natal wards where I took care of newborn babies. I have also minded many babies over my 24 years as a childminder from 6 months on .
