Dear future host family, After graduating at high school in Administration, Finance and Marketing with top grades, I have decided to study Economics at the University of Padua, but I would like to fulfill my dream I always postponed, but the time has now come! Unlike my education, I have actually always been in contact with different realities, from children to people with disabilities. In fact, I have been volunteering for disabled people's for 3 years whereas I have been an entertainer in my parish and in summer camps for 6 years. I have been responsible for organising games and activities, playing and eating with them as well as trying to make peace between them! I have always been very fond of children and children seem to like me too. In addition of being an entertainer in summer camps, I have babysat a lot of children, from 3 years-old kids to almost teenagers with disabilities. My main duties were to prepare and eat with children, to help them with their homework, to play with them and to take them to school or activities. My favourite game is hide and seek. It never gets old. I really love staying with children, looking after them and having fun with them. I truly believe they are the best medicine that can exist. Besides, I have been a tutor of economics, maths, law and languages for various years, mainly for high school students. As far as growth experiences are concerned, I went to London with my high school for two weeks when I was 15, while I went alone to Dublin for 1 months the year after. Both of these experiences allowed me to spend my stay with different host families, getting to know a new country, new people and new habits. I like travelling and discovering new places and cultures so much. I also have been a trainee in two different companies, but I might bore you telling of my internships. In my free time, I like playing volleyball, going out or for a run or just watching a good movie. I could keep writing, but I look forward to telling you more face to face! I think that my childcare and driving experiences may make me a well-rounded and mature au pair I hope you’ll be happy to have in your family!
