We need a childminder for our twin girls

Hi there. We are looking for after school childminder for our twin girls who are 5,5 year old. They are both autistic but are very independent. We would like someone kind, attentive, ideally with previous experience with kids with special needs, but most importantly a person that loves children and is responsible. We are a non smoking household and would prefer a non smoker. The role would involve structured play, giving the lunch, bath, light housework to keep the place tidy after the kids. The hours will be 1:30 to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
