Short term for September - evenings and before school

We are looking for someone to help us at home with 3 boys aged 8, 7 and 2. Ideal hours would be Monday- Thursday 7.30am-8.30am and 4.30/5pm- 8.30/9pm but we can be flexible for the right person, such as 2-3 mornings and 2-3 evenings. Some babysitting would be appreciated. We need help with dinners, some clubs, bedtimes, light cleaning (mostly mealtimes). Must drive as we live on a country road and may need help with club drop offs/pick ups in the local area. Looking for someone friendly and nurturing with a good sense of humour. I will be home for a lot of it too so we would work as a team. For now we only need someone for September but possibility of more after and regular babysitting.
