Seeking a Flexible, Caring Au Pair for Our Family of Five

Hello, We are a warm and welcoming family of five, with three beautiful children aged 4, 2.5, and 1. We are currently seeking a dedicated, caring, and flexible au pair to become a part of our family and help us with our childcare needs. As both parents work shifts, our schedules can change from week to week. Therefore, we require someone who can adapt to these changes and provide consistent, reliable care for our children. The work schedule will always be 5 days on with 2 days off, but the specific days may vary from week to week. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves children and has previous experience in childcare. You should be patient, responsible, and able to engage our children in age-appropriate activities that promote their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Supervising and caring for the children - School and activity runs - Assisting with meal preparation and feeding - Facilitating nap and bedtime routines - Organizing creative and educational activities - Light housekeeping related to the children We are looking for someone who can become an integral part of our family, treating our children with kindness and respect, and helping them grow and thrive.
