Part time nanny needed for 2 year old girl in Rathfarnham

We are a friendly German family who recently moved to Dublin and are looking for a caring, reliable part-time nanny to join our family. We have a happy and curious 2-year-old daughter who attends nursery in the mornings. We are expecting our second baby in September and are looking for someone who can become a trusted part of our family. Schedule * 2–3 afternoons per week * Some flexibility is appreciated * Occasional evening babysitting would be a bonus but is not essential Responsibilities * Collect our daughter from nursery (if applicable) and care for her in the afternoons * Plan fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities * Support her English language development through play, reading, songs, and everyday conversation * Prepare healthy meals and snacks for our daughter * Keep children’s play and eating areas tidy * Help with light household tasks, including: * Children’s laundry * Minor household cleaning and tidying * Grocery shopping or running small errands * Simple family meal preparation when needed About You We are looking for someone who is: * Kind, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with young children * Experienced in caring for toddlers * Reliable, organised, and proactive * English-speaking to help support our daughter’s language development * Eligible to work in Ireland * First Aid training and Garda Vetting are an advantage If you’re looking for a long-term position with a welcoming family, we’d love to hear from you.
