Part time minder needed for 3 kids in Drumcondra

We are seeking a minder for our three children (3, 7 and 8 ) two afternoons per week at our home in Drumcondra (Tuesdays + one other day). Minimum hours are 1.30-6. We would love to find someone kind, reliable, energetic, who has experience minding more than one child and who is happy to get involved playing games, sport, drawing, Lego etc. The role will involve collecting the kids from pre-school and school, bringing them to activities / play dates by foot or bus, preparing snacks and perhaps a simple dinner, and some light housework. Start time is any time from now. We want someone who is willing to stay with us on a longer term basis (our previous minders were with us for 2.5 and 1.5 years and moved on due to college / other family commitments).
