Casual babysitter

Looking for a babysitter for one day a week which is flexible for 3 hours for my 3 daughters. They're aged 4months, 2&1/2 and 4yrs. 4year old might be in ecce if babysitting in the morning. I'm mostly flexible on days and times, its just to run errands and bits outside the home. Odd day might need specific time if we have an appointment. The girls are fun, energetic and happy little ladies. They love each other and playing together and are generally very easy going as 3 young children can be.
