Part time childminder for 7 month old

We need a trusted, kind and active childminder/nanny 3 days per week from August 2024 to January 2025 (when he hopefully goes to crèche). He will be 7 months old in August and is an absolute delight... Though I am biased! I am hoping to go back to work Tuesday to Thursday every week but I can be flexible on days with some notice and do have some cover if time off or holidays are needed. I live in Martinstown and am happy for the care to be at my house while I work from home, or in the carers home nearby (pending a visit), the rate will be adjusted depending on location. We do have a small dog but she is great with the baby and sits with me in the office while I work. It would be great if you love kids, have some previous experience and first aid/ childcare qualifications would be also be an advantage. We would also prefer a non smoker.
