Part Time Childminder for 3 yr old girl and 16month boy

We have two children aged 3 and 1, a girl and a boy . We require a childminder to look after them in our home from 8:30 - 5 every Friday for the foreseeable future . There is also an opportunity for additional shifts at various times throughout the year when our regular childminder is on holidays. Our hope is that this person will transition to taking care of them during school holidays as they progress through primary school . Our home is in the country with a large back yard full of toys and activities for the kids to stay busy at all day . We have two small poodle dogs that roam freely around the house.
