Part time childminder

We have two children, a girl aged 6 and a boy aged 3 and a medium sized dog. We are looking for someone to start in September for three afternoons a week 1.30 - 6.00. The children will need to be collected from montessori/school (We're close enough to walk) and brought home for snack/homework. After that they'll have a mix of playing independently or doing some activities with them and then prepare a simple dinner for them before we're home at 6pm. Ideally we want someone who will do some light housework too - not full cleaning but just keeping on top of the daily things in the kitchen and with the children's toys so we're not spending our evenings getting the house in order.
