Part time and flexible childminder needed

Hi, we are an English/Italian couple who is looking for a part time childminder for our daughter Alma who will be 1 yo. The carer should be available from January 2022 and look after Alma in our house. I am a midwife who works shifts so availability is required for some mornings/early afternoons (while I sleep after a night shift or while I am working- my partner works from home) The person would be expected to help with baby led weaning, playtime, assist with nap time and napping changing. Child minding and first aid experience essential. Any qualification in Montessori considered a huge plus! :))
