Occasional babysitter

Hello, I am a mother of three. I’m looking for someone with flexibility. To begin with it will be quiet random but hoping to build a more permanent position. Currently I’m looking for someone for occasional babysitting. Overnight may sometimes be required but it won’t be for a while. I’m looking for some to become part of the family rather than an employee. We have a dog so you must be comfortable with dogs. And also some travel may be required occasionally
