Occasional afternoon/evening care needed for little one

Little one is 2 months, I work from home in research and my husband at CUH. I need the occasional care for our girl while I work a few hours in the afternoon. Might also be interested in evening/overnight care. Need experience with babies and transport to and from our home. We can provide snacks, tea/coffee, and I pump so feeding will be breastmilk bottles. You'll be in our small living room which has a changing table, comfortable couches, bassinet, desk and wifi.
